Q: I see some abrevations on the ticket descriptions, what do these mean?

A: SRO = Standing Room Only, GA = General Admission, LV = Limited View, PV = Partial View, OBS/OV = Obstructed View, LT = Left, RT = Right, LC = Left Center, RC = Right Center, CTR = Center, WC = Wheelchair Access, Orch = Orchestra, Balc = Balcony, F or FL = Field or Floor Level, CFLR = Center Floor, MEZZ = Mezzanine

Q: What if my event gets cancelled?

A: If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of nature (rain out, earthquake, flood, tornado, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will refund via the original method of payment for the amount paid for the tickets less the 7% processing fees and any shipping fees.

Q: What it my event gets rescheduled?

A: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please keep your ticket(s). Generally, the original ticket will be honored for the new event date and time. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for postponed or rescheduled events. is not responsible for incidental expenses related to a rescheduled event.

Q: How can I tell which tickets are electronic?

A:  Tickets that are Electronic/e-ticket will be displayed with the following symbol to the right of the listing: "eticket image".

Q: What can I do if my desired shipping method is not available?

Q: I have tickets that I would like to sell.  Can you help me with selling my tickets?

A: In some cases we will purchase the tickets from you, but we always offer consignment for any event.

Consignment is when you bring your tickets to our office and we list the tickets for you to over 1000 sites and do all the work of selling your tickets for you.  Our terms for this service are 70/30, meaning you would receive 70% of the price that the tickets sold for and we would keep 30% for our fee to sell the tickets.  This is a great service that is offered to all of our customers, almose like "set it & forget it".  We will adjust the selling price to your desired amount or what the market is reflecting so that you get the most out of your tickets and the highets return on your listing.
